Something is wrong with my payment, what do I do?
Orders are paid the following business day after the date of delivery and usually arrive in your bank account after 2pm, local time. An order delivered on Monday is paid Tuesday, an order on Thursday is paid Friday. Friday and weekend orders are paid Monday. If you believe a payment is missing, please follow the link here, fill out the form and click submit. Dates and the Order ID’s can be found in your dlivrd app. Also, please make sure to check with your bank and ensure your Everee account is up to date before submitting this form. One of our employees will research and email you within 1 business day with findings. Please keep in mind, weekends and holidays are not business days.
