What if I’m running late to pick-up or deliver the food?

If you are running late, it is best to let us know as quickly and safely as possible by contacting us at 1-844-515-2932. We will facilitate that communication so that the client can inform the customer. If we are not informed and can’t facilitate that communication, it can negatively impact your earnings via chargebacks from the client. There may also be situations in which the food is on track to be so late that the client insists that we redirect the earning opportunity to another partner to avoid refunds.
