Fully Activating your dlivrd Account After Onboarding

First, you should have received two text messages from 58973. One will include our phone number information via v card. Please use that to save our contact information. You will see that our main number to contact if you need live assistance is 1-844-515-2932.

The other text will include how to find and download the dlivrd app. The icon for the app is green and is pictured below. It can be found on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Download it and sign in using the login credentials provided from 58973. You will be asked if you want to enable notifications. We recommend answering “yes.” Then you will be asked to enable location services. We recommend answering to “allow while using app.” Once signed in, make sure to swipe to “on-duty” in the app. You can do this by tapping on the menu in the top left corner of the screen. “On Duty” will show up at the top of the menu with a toggle button. Tap the toggle button so that it turns green, give it a couple seconds to ping and your dlivrd account is full activated. Your account will not fully activate without this step, and you will not receive any delivery offers. What you do next is totally up to you.

We recommend changing your password to something that you will easily remember and will keep your account secure. This is a totally optional step but since you’re in the app at this point it makes sense. To do this, tap the menu button on the top left of the main screen. Then, at the top right there will be an icon representing a human. Tap that and you will see your account details screen. You can reset your password by tapping the word “edit.” You can change your password by entering the current one in the “old password” field then entering your new password twice. Finalize this process by clicking save.

The final step that is absolutely necessary is activating your Everee account. If this is not completed immediately, your payment for your first earning opportunity will be delayed. After completing the onboarding journey you will receive an email from Everee. If you do not see this email within 15 minutes of completing the process, check your spam folder. If that does not work, try searching your inbox for the word “Everee.” When you have the email open, you will see a button to click with the words “create your account.” Tap that and you will be redirected to the Everee website. The first question it will ask is if you are setting up for personal or business use. If you complete gig work as part of your own business that is registered in your state and have an EIN, please click “set up a business account.” If not, click “set up a personal account.”

If you follow the steps to create a personal account, you will be asked to enter your social security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). It is important to remember that for you to remain eligible to receive delivery offers from us, the rest of the personal information entered into the Everee system must match with federal records that are linked to your social security or individual taxpayer number. For example, if you go by the name Bill but your social security card has your name listed as William, you will want to enter the first name William into the Everee system. You will then enter all of your personal and banking information so that payments can be sent to you the business day following completed deliveries. Be sure to be accurate when filling this out or else payments to you will be interrupted.
