Wait Time Compensation
We can bill for wait time and compensate drivers that are waiting for an order to be prepared starting 15 minutes after the pickup time. Be sure to check the pickup history– if the driver is delayed reaching the pickup location., wait time starts billing 15 minutes after the arrival time.
- If a driver texts in asking about wait time pay use the Canned Response to text them info about how wait time compensation works!
Billing for wait time
- In order to bill for wait time we have to have to make sure to notify the client at the time of the delay that the restaurant is still preparing the order etc.,
- Once the pickup has task has been completed run the Wait time command to add compensation
- We bill $0.50 per minute over 15 and the driver will receive $0.25 per minute
