We’re continuing our monthly series on our #dlivrddifferencemakers, featuring Adam Lederach!

Position: Engagement Coordinator.

Hometown: Perkasie, PA but I currently reside in Manayunk, PA!

How long have you been with dlivrd? I have been with dlivrd for almost two years!

Expand upon your professional background: I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the restaurant and hospitality industries. I’ve held many positions including server, bartender, manager, corporate trainer, store opener, and more. It’s very fast-moving and requires a lot of positive energy to engage with customers and in-house staff! Being part of dlivrd aligns with my knowledge of the restaurant industry as well as understanding what it takes to engage and sustain relationships with large groups of people, specifically the independently-contracted Earning Partners on the platform.

What is the most rewarding part of your role? Besides working with so many talented dlivrd team members on a daily basis, I enjoy fostering relationships with Earning Partners on the platform all over the country. It is rewarding to be a part of humanizing the dlivrd experience! Whenever they might encounter issues, I’m on the team that reaches out and has conversations with them.  I’ve worked face-to-face with customers in the restaurant industry for many years, so I know the importance of having a good attitude and making sure Earning Partners know that we’re always there to help in real-time, and that I’m an actual person on the other end of the line!

What is your superpower? Multitasking and the ability to be quick on my toes! As an Engagement Coordinator, there are many different moving parts to attend to on a daily basis. I may be managing tickets that come in and on the phone and speaking with Earning Partners at the same time. Despite this, I ensure everything gets done in a timely manner. I recognize that this industry is very fast-paced!

What does the #dlivrddifference mean to you? For me, it means maximizing dlivrd’s human interaction as much as possible for all partners involved. If Earning Partners call in need of assistance? There’s a #dlivrddifferencemaker on the other end of the phone. If our restaurant or catering partners have to reach us, we have designated support lines where our team is ready and available to take their calls, emails, or texts. We’re always available and ready to help!

What is your favorite quote? Carpe diem (seize the day)! Every day is important, valuable and should always be appreciated.

What is your favorite food? Hands down, snow crab legs! They are my weakness!
