What is the most rewarding part of your role? Having recently taken on this new role and I am most excited about helping our new clients to find progress, success and peace of mind utilizing us for delivery. We understand our direct partners focus on providing a quality product to their customers. dlivrd aims to take the pressure off of them for delivery so they can worry about the food and know they are in good hands getting clients their deliveries. When I work with clients to troubleshoot issues or concerns, I enjoy finding unique and forward-thinking solutions. It is endlessly-rewarding!
What is your superpower? Passion! I am passionate almost to a fault so I will go to bat for what is right! This can be for a driver or a client’s needs. Moreover, I am very dedicated to the dlivrd brand being the best it can be.
What does the #dlivrddifference mean to you? The #dlivrddifference means going above and beyond! This includes providing the best earning opportunities we can to our drivers, the best service we can to our clients, and the best vibe around to our employees!
