Cancelling an Order via Command

Command Overview

If an order cannot be placed or is not accepted by a driver, it is able to be cancelled in the Tookan dashboard through the use of the Cancel command up to 61 minutes before the event time.  A successful command for ezcater orders will mark the delivery task Failed, the pickup task Cancelled, and reject the order from our Ezcater integration, alerting them to assign that order to another DSP (Delivery Service Provider).  For direct clients the command will follow the same procedure, but the client will still need to be notified in their Slack channel or via Phone/Text.
