Thoughts about reaching your one-year “work-iversary” with dlivrd? Excitement! We have come so far even since I was brought on just one year ago, so it’s really exciting to see dlivrd continuing to grow each day and reach new heights one milestone at a time. I can’t wait to see what this next year will bring, and how many new and exciting things we will achieve along the way. Bring it on!
What is your “superpower”? My superpower would definitely be my ability to strategize. Each day comes with its own brand new set of obstacles to overcome, so really taking that time to step back and look at the whole picture so that you can create the best possible outcome for every party involved is pertinent to our work here. Since starting at dlivrd, my skills have been continuously strengthened!
What does the #dlivrddifference mean to you? The #dlivrddifference to me is establishing personal connections with the restaurant clients and Earning Partners, as well as trying to provide the best experience possible for anyone who looks to us for opportunity! I enjoy getting to connect high-quality earning opportunities to drivers and establish good working relationships. Also, the promotions and prizes that we offer drivers are also a really good way to boost morale and make this a fun and motivating experience for everyone involved.
